Tui Na is a dynamic form of Chinese Medical Massage that works with the body's meridians, sinew channels, muscles, and joints to restore balance and promote healing.
Using rhythmic techniques, pressure, and movement, it helps release tension, improve circulation, and support the body’s natural flow of Qi.
Each session may include Flame Cupping, Gua Sha, Moxa, Chi Nei Tsang (Abdominal Chi Massage) & Integral Energetics

I offer a tailored self-practice rooted in Atmaviksasa Hatha Yoga Krama, a science-based Yoga I have studied for the last decade in Mysore, India.
This practice combines physical asana, pranayama & meditation, designed specifically to meet your needs. It complements your Tui Na sessions, helping to enhance positive traits. We start with a 90-minute initial session (in-person or via Zoom), followed by weekly 1-hour Zoom meetings.
I record the sessions for you to practice independently. There is nothing better than to have a sustainable self-practice routine to continue at home.
